When will Sterling VA Papa John's have Capitol City Mambo Sauce on the wings to buy?
(Edit: The district manager addressed the problem and noted concerns. I'm satisfied in his response.) Deliver the pizza quicker, hot, not sticking to the roof of the box, and better customer service when a customer calls to complain. Don't be rude, and make sure all the people who answer the phone know what the policies and abilities are for crediting back a charge.
