I enjoy these pizzas, but the two women working there on the evening of February 28 should be dismissed. They were very rude. When I asked about ingredients, instead of responding, she told me to read the sign. I couldn't see well without my glasses. She then rolled her eyes and responded. I asked if she had shrimp, and she sharply said ‘No!’, instead of politely saying they were out of it. At checkout, the woman with the net over her head told me to follow the prompts to pay. It asked about a tip but didn’t explain how to decline, so I said there were no prompts. She rudely insisted ‘There are’. I said there weren’t, and when she told me to press the green button, there was no such prompt, so I didn’t know how to exit. Again, very rude. Those two staff members seem to feed off each other’s negative energy. I understand working in a pizzeria at their age with a fishnet on their head can feel degrading, but that’s not my fault.

I like the airport view. Great menu. It's like Subway for making a pizza. Big portion size.
A salty subway. I assume it's the bread or the cheese that they use that makes it salty because I didn't add any sauce, just veggies.

My fiancé and I enjoyed great pizza and a friendly service from Ms. Nadia. She made sure that our drinks were strong and pizza was hot. It was a good place to sit while waiting to get on the plane. The bar has chargers under the tabletop. I would come back here between flights at IAD.

Great place to wind down.They make the pizzas there so you get it fresh. Best food in the airport and you get a really good amount that fills you up. It doesn't feel like a ripoff like the other places.

Edit: been here a few times since and it’s definitely above average airport food, just has some moments of poor service
Looks like the chain is starting to charge an extra $2 if you ask for a # of toppings beyond a certain threshold. If I had gone through with it that would have made my pizza $18 which is an absurd price.
I've been coming to their locations for over 10 years and have never seen this before. Really disappointed in their attempt to bilk every penny out of their customers that they can

I walked all the way from the other side of the airport because I was craving pizza & no one helped me. It was empty & I was the only person there, but they told me to WAIT. haha no thank you, heading somewhere else. If you don’t have customer service don’t work at a customer service job!!

Probably one of the better airport dining experiences you can get. You can either order a preset pizza, or you can build your own, which is always nice. Meal is reasonably priced for a good sized portion. Service is a bit on the slower side, but can’t expect much when they only have one small oven. I did have a gripe when an employee started cleaning the table I was sitting on while eating. Common food safety practice and etiquette is to only clean a table once a customer is done with eating, otherwise you’re going to be spreading cleaning solution and bacteria into the vicinity of the air and creating an unsafe consumption area. That was not adhered to here clearly, and I promptly closed the lid of my meal and left immediately. Not much seating here either, compared to the other location in the airport.
