My fiancé and I enjoyed great pizza and a friendly service from Ms. Nadia. She made sure that our drinks were strong and pizza was hot. It was a good place to sit while waiting to get on the plane. The bar has chargers under the tabletop. I would come back here between flights at IAD.

Great place to wind down.They make the pizzas there so you get it fresh. Best food in the airport and you get a really good amount that fills you up. It doesn't feel like a ripoff like the other places.

The pizza is OK however, the service was far from ideal. They tried to upsell then had a big problem with my card, then asked for the tip. Super odd experience.

Looks like the chain is starting to charge an extra $2 if you ask for a # of toppings beyond a certain threshold. If I had gone through with it that would have made my pizza $18 which is an absurd price.

I walked all the way from the other side of the airport because I was craving pizza & no one helped me. It was empty & I was the only person there, but they told me to WAIT. haha no thank you, heading somewhere else. If you don’t have customer service don’t work at a customer service job!!

Probably one of the better airport dining experiences you can get. You can either order a preset pizza, or you can build your own, which is always nice. Meal is reasonably priced for a good sized portion. Service is a bit on the slower side, but can’t expect much when they only have one small oven. I did have a gripe when an employee started cleaning the table I was sitting on while eating. Common food safety practice and etiquette is to only clean a table once a customer is done with eating, otherwise you’re going to be spreading cleaning solution and bacteria into the vicinity of the air and creating an unsafe consumption area. That was not adhered to here clearly, and I promptly closed the lid of my meal and left immediately. Not much seating here either, compared to the other location in the airport.

horrible customer service
We were the first people there when we arrived, no one came to assist us for more than 5 min so we assumed you order at the register. When eventually we got seen at the register, there was already a line of more than 10 individuals behind us and all of those people began getting their order taken AS we were talking to the cashier. I guess the worker was in the back somewhere doing something? We were directed to the BACK of the line after just waiting there longer than anyone else??? That is VERY ridiculous, especially since I hadn’t eaten the entire day up until 7 pm (when we got there). An apology would have been nice, but apparently that’s too much.
The pizza tasted ok, but there was a hair in my pizza as a topping and my stomach burned after.

I am writing to formally address an unsatisfactory experience I had at your establishment on August 23, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM. While placing my order, I approached the counter and politely greeted the staff member, inquiring about placing an order for a pizza. Unfortunately, the response I received was unprofessional and discourteous.
The staff member, who identified himself as Reza (though I am uncertain of the accuracy of this name), appeared visibly upset and responded in a raised voice, stating that the manager instructed to only select items from the menu. When I politely asked for his name, he provided it but continued to display an unprofessional demeanor.
I am deeply disappointed by this interaction, as it significantly detracted from my experience at your establishment. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and I found this encounter to be far below the expected standard. For your reference, I have a photo of the staff member, should further verification be needed.
