I've been a regular customer for almost four months, and while the original bowl is consistent, the serving size varies each time. Requested extra Nutella, and sometimes it's a teaspoon, other times a full scoop. Asked for extra strawberries instead of bananas, but only got one or two pieces. Consistency is key! ?

I hhad problems with this Quench restaurant in Sterling screwing up my order every time. I stopped coming to Quench for that very reason for at least 3 years prior to COVID. I came back once again to Quench and my order was once again as usual messed up. I had asked for our regular 3 Vegetarian Egg Chabatta and asked to switch the Chabatta with Everything Bagel on 2 sandwiches and the third switch to a crassaunt, and asked to hold the cheese on all three sandwiches. Pretty darn simple. When we got home and opened up the sandwich their was no egg in the “Veggie Egg Chabatta”. How can you make an egg sandwich without the egg in the sandwich. Unbelievable!! I yelled at the lady at counter and made a big scene. I was very upset!! I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!! Am surprised this restaurant is still in business and really should be closed permanently!!!!!!!

Had a magnificent chai latte. The place is immaculate and pretty quiet considering it's in a busy shopping area.

I've been a loyal customer at Qwench Juice Bar, visiting every day. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. On four consecutive occasions, I've encountered rudeness from an employee named Julie, or whoever she is. As a fellow business owner, I deeply value exceptional customer service, and this has been lacking lately.I must say that the owner has always been kind and welcoming. However, I was disheartened when a simple request to upgrade my drink for just a dollar more was denied, despite my consistent patronage. It's these small but meaningful interactions that determine where we choose to spend our money, and it's making me contemplate finding a new go-to juice place. Overall, I'm disappointed with the recent experiences and hope to see improvements in the future.

I love the beetnik juice. But the lady in the front i think her name julie. She is always so rude.i come here almost everyday for the juice but I am not visiting this place again. This was my last visit. You should hire someone who can respect. Very poor service.
