Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is above and beyond. We ordered pizza and wings through Uber Eats. The driver messed up the pickup and only brought the pizza. I called the restaurant and they personally drove the forgotten items to my home, despite the fact that the mistake was Uber’s.

The white pizza in particular is pretty good - sometimes phenomenal - but quality is pretty variable. Have had pizzas here cooked anywhere from 6/10 to 10/10.

We still really like Rai's overall, but wish they were a little more consistent. Sometimes the crust is a bit overcooked and just missing that little extra bit of I don't know what.

Still, a great parlor, and not to be missed.

We picked up rather than have it delivered, and everything was great. Loved the food. Generous portions, and great ingredients. I can't believe I have been here so long, and somehow overlooked Rai's. They are definitely on our rotation now! Highly recommend you try them.
