Service is slow, inattentive and unsatisfying. The food is just ok. Very cold in the restaurant today. Small portion of fries that weren’t fresh.

I love Red Robin's burgers and overall food selection. It's generally easy to get a seat and you can order delivery too. The staff are friendly and responsive in my experience. You can also pay at the table. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathrooms but otherwise it's great!

Sat down at the bar at 12:20, only one other person there. 10 minutes later I walked out having not been approached by one service team member.

The Red Robin in Dulles, Virginia is a consistently enjoyable spot with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. The staff are friendly, attentive, and do a great job keeping service moving even when the restaurant is busy. The burgers are flavorful, cooked just right, and the endless fries are always hot and fresh. I’m really disappointed in how far this location has gone downhill. There were well over 15 employees on shift, yet no one greeted me or offered any service. I waited for about 15 minutes while multiple staff members walked past me without acknowledging I was there. Even the manager looked at me without saying a word.

I ended up leaving without ordering, and this will be my last visit to this Red Robin. With service like this, it’s hard to imagine this location staying open much longer. Good luck—and good riddance .

Food was awful. The place is falling apart. The service was less than stellar for there being so few people in the restaurant. Very disappointed. It used to be a nice place to eat. Won't be going back unless I hear they havr made some serious changes.

It was such a great experience to go to Red Robin. We all had burgers (of course) . They were cooked to perfection and the fries were great. Our server was so friendly and attentive. She asked us for refills frequently and constantly checked in on us. We were there for lunch and it was a great visit. We will definitely be back.

I took my family for lunch, and it was a big mistake.
The food was terrible my wife ordered the for you combo and the ribs were so overcooked that they were just trash, then the manager came to our table and offered a new ribs, and they were undercooked this time. My bacon cheese burger was dry and no taste at all.
The bathroom stink as the dining room was too.
My wife and I got stomach sick after this horrible food.
Please double think to visit the place.
