Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I can truly say everything was so perfect. Service was great, place was clean food was made exactly as ordered I really appreciated that due to me always ordering well done burgers and getting it either pink inside or burnt but this burger was perfectly made tasted fresh. Thank you Red Robin!

The waiter never brought drinks to the table. When the food was delivered we had to ask for drinks. Another 10 minutes went by before the manager had to start serving our table.

Service was impeccable. It was prompt and unobtrusive. The food was delicious and Donato's pizza is a home run. The location is good and the layout of the restaurant is great.

The food is good for a cheap lunch. I usually go at least once whenever I'm in the area for a fast sit down. The only thing was the waiter wasn't around after we got our food until we were done. We wanted more fries but had to get going by time we saw him again so didn't bother asking.

I come to claim my birthday burger and everything was really great. The service and attention in this location was awesome. The food was cooked just right so the flavor was excellent for a burger and fries. I tried the royal one really recommended!

Overall, a very lack luster experience. My friends and I came to have a nice sit-down meal later in the afternoon (around 3:45). The place only had a few people inside, and we were told by the host that there was a 10-minute wait time. Not a big deal, we stood around and talked for a bit. Our service experience was very much bare minimum. Our server had no enthusiasm whatsoever and looked as if they wanted to be elsewhere. The place was definitely not busy, and some of us were left with empty drinks for way too long. Our server also accidentally added items on our tab we never even ordered. The food came out very fast, so that's something good, I guess. However, the food was nothing to write home about. I ordered the new lava burger. The queso was only slightly warm and cooled down very fast. I wasn't even into my second bite before it was cold queso on a warm burger. I asked for medium rare, and I was given medium. The queso had good flavor (when it was hot), and the sweet potato fries were thin but not bad. My friend ordered a menu burger and asked for no mayonnaise. There was still a bit of mayonnaise on his bun when he got it. The cups our drinks were served in we absolutely ancient. They looked to be 15 years old. They were cracked and broken on the bottom and were cloudy and foggy. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth, and we probably won't be returning to Red Robin. Unfortunately this seems to be the new standard for all these chain restaurants. Everything is mediocre.

Food was good. Service is consistently friendly, particularly in the bar area. They are on point for refills of the bottomless Mac and cheese that my kid devours. It checks all the boxes for what it is and that's enough for me.
