Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I stopped by Red Robin recently and unfortunately had a bit of a rough experience with my order. I had ordered a chicken sandwich but was given a chicken wrap instead, and my sweet potato fries were served cold, almost like they had just come out of the fridge. The only part of my meal that I really enjoyed was the coleslaw.

To be fair, I was already having a tough day before coming in, so when my food came out incorrect and cold, it felt like it fit right in with how things had been going.

That said, the manager was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, understanding, and quick to make things right. Not only did he take off the meal I hadn’t ordered, but he also comped our appetizers, which was extremely generous. We didn’t have to pay for the incorrect items, and I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled.

Even though the food itself wasn’t the best this time around, the customer service was excellent, and that made all the difference.

I came in for a burger but decided to try the Donatos pizza — and wow, it did not disappoint! Crispy thin crust, flavorful toppings, and baked just right. Honestly, it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had from a sit-down restaurant chain. Red Robin is known for their burgers, but the Donatos pizza is a hidden gem that deserves more attention. Highly recommend giving it a try!

The food is so delicious I would eat it every day and the servers are quick and Patient and it's all around a good restaurant

I can truly say everything was so perfect. Service was great, place was clean food was made exactly as ordered I really appreciated that due to me always ordering well done burgers and getting it either pink inside or burnt but this burger was perfectly made tasted fresh. Thank you Red Robin!

The waiter never brought drinks to the table. When the food was delivered we had to ask for drinks. Another 10 minutes went by before the manager had to start serving our table.

Service was impeccable. It was prompt and unobtrusive. The food was delicious and Donato's pizza is a home run. The location is good and the layout of the restaurant is great.
