I had an unforgettable and disappointing experience with Saffron House of Kabob, and I will never take my business there again. I placed a large order for 20 guests through Uber Eats, giving the restaurant several hours to prepare the food before I picked it up.
When I arrived to collect the order, none of the staff offered proper assistance, despite being free and without any other customers in the restaurant at the time. After bringing the food home and starting to plate it for my guests, I received a message from Uber Eats informing me that the restaurant forgot to include any of the bread I had purchased in my order.
I immediately called the restaurant to request they rectify their mistake by delivering the missing bread, given that I had guests waiting. To my shock, they refused to take responsibility and told me to contact Uber Eats for a refund instead. This lack of accountability and disregard for how their error impacted my ability to serve my guests was extremely disappointing.
I will never return to this establishment and strongly advise others to avoid it if they are looking for a reliable and pleasant dining experience.

I love the food and that's why I keep ordering it via Grabhub or doordash every couple of weeks. But, these past 2 orders the quality is not the same 😒 Only half tomato on one of the orders and the other one didn't have tomato 😒 Rice lot less than before for the portion 😒 I'm not sure why they have missed my past two orders or quality went down. Thanks
