I think the broth here is one of the best, rich and flavorful in the area. Since I'm Japanese, I like a rich ramen broth but pho is pho and the soup is so good here. Been here twice now and the food has been great both times!
Saigon Bistro is hands down one of the best restaurants around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every dish is prepared with care, and you can really taste the quality ingredients and authentic flavors.

I grew up near Little Saigon in California where you can find top notch Vietnamese food. And I can finally say there is somewhere in NoVa that is comparable.
I am so thankful that there is one local restaurant near me that can fulfill my cravings. We’ve already been there 3 times with one carry out orders since we moved to the area few months ago and each time never disappointed but only made us salivate...
