As greasy of an airport burger as you could expect. Instant diarrhea.

We got the breakfast bacon egg and cheese, tater tots and turkey burger with seasoned fries. Oh my.. it was so damn perfect!!! Those fries had the freshest rosemary and they were sizzling, SO GOOD!!! The taters same thing! I thought the turkey sandwich was going to be a cold cut type of deal but it was not and let me tell you, NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! It was even better than I anticipated. The guy on the cash was a bit rude to other people and wouldn’t sell someone ice or give them ice and was like I have better things to do with my time and just a few things happened with other people while I was watching (no extra ketchup packs, no milkshakes), just the way he was talking to them.. like damn chill. BUT it’s a 2 minute interaction so some did not care. He was nice when I ordered. I got a coffee too which was a regular coffee. Nothing special.

The chicken was crispy but the burger seemed to have no condiments... Tasted like salty chicken on a bun. Milkshake was ok. Sweet potato fries are a special offering however. There is an eating area to sit at.

First time at a smash burger so I was pretty excited but once I received my food and tried it I was definitely disappointed I got the double bacon guacamole burger in a lettuce wrap and a grilled chicken cob salad, burger was dry and no taste bacon on both the salad and burger was half cooked at best not crispy chicken was dry as well and egg on top that looked like a nice accompaniment was like eating a flat hard boiled egg would not recommend this place. Asked the person who took my order what dressing came with the salad she said French I said any other options she said no so then I asked do you have any hot sauce or other condiments she said honey mustard so I asked for that on the side when I opened the salad there were two pods of ranch as well as honey mustard in the bag

Juicy burgers with tremendously good fries. Nice, thin, super crispy layer on the outside and not hollowed out on the inside.A lot of fat and calories in this one meal though (did not see an option for a single patty beef burger). Moreso then McDs or Whataburger. Good as a rare treat.

Decent service and burgers on par with Wendy's. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I appreciated being able to buy a beer at this location.

I’ve had food poisoning on my vacation since I left. Know it was this place because it started on the plane.
Based on my experience the burger was hot and fries were super fresh. 14 dollars you can’t beat compared to other restaurants at the airport. My food came out within 5 mins.I would recommend when it’s not busy, can’t speak for it when it’s busy.
Hey Smashburger, I am a customer who has a severe dairy allergy. When I went up to the counter and asked about the possibility of cross contamination, I was shocked the man behind the counter told me he didn’t know and just brushed my question aside. He didn’t seem to care about my question and just rudely hurried me along asking what fries I want. It was clear he was not interested in answering my question. I am very displeased with this treatment. It’s hard enough dealing with food allergies, but I didn’t know this is how you guys worked. I would hope this is just one worker at this location. Do you take food allergies seriously?
For a burger on the run, this airport Smashburger did the trick. A $10 burger with all the trimmings was enough for two of us to share. Sure, it didn’t stuff us, but it was enough to satisfyingly tide us over and didn’t break the bank. It was also delicious. We did self-serve takeaway so I can’t speak to the service. It didn’t take us long to get our food and be on our way.
Not as many options as there used to be at Washington Dulles Airport, so we had a quick breakfast here. Service was not as good as it could be, but the breakfast sandwiches were very good, fresh, and tasty.
