I was told from an dulles airport employee that the new Starbucks on B side was giving out free food today 9/16/24 for their grand opening soon . As I arrived I notice 2 people enter the Starbucks. Once I got to door, I knocked and a guy answered. He looked at me and said this is only for Spanish people and closed the door in my face. Two employees that work at the Starbucks exited and I ask them is this only for Spanish people and they said no. They told me the guy name is Denise. That was very very disrespectful and racist to say to a guest. I will report this to the airport as well.

They didn’t prepare my drink and when I ask them they told me some one taken my drink. I never see this kind of service !! I guess looking for other option is good!!

I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks! The service was unbelievably slow and they managed to mess up my order. The terminal has a Dunkin Donuts which I haven't tried yet (I am a Starbucks guy) but I plan to go there next time I am at this terminal.
