Pay the airport premium and then you get a half-frozen sandwich still. How disappointing.

The vending machine has a sign that says “courtesy cups for water only.” So I asked for a cup for water with my sandwich and cookies. The cashier said there were no cups for water and I’d have to buy a bottle. I pointed to their machine sign. He then tried to say they ran out and I’d have to purchase a soft drink cup at the same price as their water bottles (The cups were cheaper than the bottles on their menu). They’re trying to get their money any way they can. Plan ahead, avoid getting food at this location.

I found a slimy, dark residue in the Dole Orange Juice from the fridge. When I reported it, the clerk just told me to grab a new drink instead of addressing the issue properly. This place seems suspicious and unhygienic.

Received a voucher from united. Was abrasive y told anything more than the voucher had to be in cash. Then waited in line only to get skipped. Also the chocolate chip cookies were stored in the same bin with the macadamia nut cookies and I'm allergic...I'd rather starve .

Footlong sandwich here is not really foot long. The asian server was really miser in putting veggies in the sandwich and was rushing it through (there was just one another person in line to order). Pathetic.
