To me, I had a somewhat confusing order as well as wasn't ? percent prepared to present my request due to unexpected questions to customize the order. As I blundered thru, the staff was quite patient and made me feel valued as a customer and not someone there to "waste her time."

I really disappointed ? why they are putting they sing right ✅️ by the glass. No way you can see what is there . I know they don't want you choosing all of them. But is our money ? n they charge you anyway. ? they have to remove from the glass . So you can see what they offered.. come on subway what wrong. ..... now you no love our money .

This is an inconsistent services. Ordered the monster sub, gave the cashier the coupon, she said she would charge $2.00 more for the bacon since not covered by the coupon. Nothing in the coupon excluded bacon and the order was by the item on the menu. Didn't want to argue, just paid and waked out. I have been eating here many times and this was the 1st that upset me. Time for another subway store.

I ordered online My order arrived 50 minutes after the text said I would receive it. I asked for a credit since my company who wanted the sandwich had left. The store would not issue a credit. The subway worker said I was lucky to have received the sandwich! He told me to just go somewhere else next time. You bet I will. The door dash guy showed me on his phone that he had just received the order so it was not the responsibility of door dash.

The associate working today 02/24 was phenomenal. The food was also. However the 1 stars is for the leadership of this franchise. Many times I come here during lunch hours there is only one person working 5+ people waiting in line. This in unacceptable as a business owner to have a single employee working under these conditions. Shame

Food prep area was wet and full of leftover food from other orders. Cut my sub with a dirty knife. Poor sanitation practices. Paid left put the sandwich in the trash. Worst subway I have ever been in.

I walked out after watching someone handle cash with their gloves on and then with the same gloves go and make another sandwich.
