He was incredibly personable, making us feel so welcomed from the start. Great food, however horrible service. Over the years this particular Vino Volo has gone downhill. Great food, great wine, terrible service.

Had a long crappy day and getting to sit somewhere with a chill atmosphere with real food was a godsend. But more than anything else the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. 10/10
