From the woman who helped others find their way to the correct lounge at opening, to the chef who made their own warm lemon cookies and delicious watermelon radish and nectarine salad, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and food quality provided by this lounge. Full marks.
The lounge is fine. I'm here at dinner time and they have no beer in stock
Small lounge in terms of floorspace, but it is a BA only lounge so doesn't get busy. Great views of the concourse from the seats that overlook it. The bar was very good and the bartender was very friendly and jovial - I felt sorry for him actually, because he was berated by a rude passenger who had no time for friendliness couldn't wait for his drink. The food was good.
