“I buy chocolate frosties at all Wendy's. It is the only food that I like from this chain. This past Sunday, I bought a frosty for the special price of $1. When I checked my bank account that evening, the posted amount was for $57. I went in the next Tuesday and showed the manager my bank statement. He got on the phone, talked with someone and they tracked down the error. I was given a full refund. I am very grateful that the manager and his staff were attentive in tracking down the issue. The manager gave me a free chocolate frosty for my trouble which was a nice touch!“
“I stop here to grab a sandwich or wrap for lunch before I start my Armed Security shift in the area, using the drive-thru or going inside to order. Everything was decent, and my order didn't have anything wrong with it every time I got it. My only suggestion would be that the staff needs to work on improving on how to handle orders from both drive-thru and inside the location so that customers can get in and get out without waiting too long for their orders.“
