I always have a problem at this location. I always have something missing in my bag. I guess I should check before I leave the drive through. I don't go here very often, maybe once every couple of months but every time I am missing something and every time I have to go back and pick it up. Got two biggie bags and redeemed a deal on the app for free 6 piece nuggets. I am missing one of my nuggets for the biggie bags.

Went here a couple weeks ago with my friends and was pretty disappointed. The gentleman who took our orders got one of them wrong, resulting in one friend only getting half of what he wanted. On top of that, one of us was given old, cold, tough fries. Like it was obvious these were old, they hadn't even tried to warm them up. I don't understand why they even served them too since my order came with fresh ones!

This location was great years ago but either management has started slacking or employees aren't being trained very well because what we got certainly wasn't worth the money. Will be going around the corner to Five Guys from now on.

I'm truly disappointed with the service I had at Wendy's, I normally don't leave reviews and honestly I feel bad leaving this one. But the girl working the counter I believe her name was Fernanda did not have a very friendly attitude and kept walking away from me even though I just wanted to ask if my Frosty was chocolate or vanilla.. I understand that people have bad days and if she was having a really bad one then I am truly sorry but I walked into that establishment feeling like death and wanted to walk out feeling a little lighter and instead walked out with an even bigger burden on my shoulder.. I mean at least I got some good food

Food is still good, I love the spicy nuggets and they're a great price, but the service on the inside cashier from Fernanda was exceptionally bad, she was rude, slow working, and was not friendly in the slightest.

Everytime I go to this Wendy’s the order is always mess up. Food falling out the bag or thrown in the bag. Any time you mention it to the staff they all have attitude. If a person is not customer service oriented then don’t work in the service industry especially food. I hope this Wendy’s get shut down due to their customer service.

Went through drive through. The lady that took my order didn’t speak very good over innercome and then yelled at me on it and then yelled at me another time when a drove to the window to pick up my food. She also threw my card back at me as well. Customer service was really bad

I can’t speak for all Wendy’s location, but now I see why I haven’t went to Wendy’s in over a year. First the cashier was nice, but the service was slow being only one customer order needing to be made took approximately 7 minutes to take my order. When I received my order barely had any fries, and Wendy’s what happen to where’s the beef, my burger was small, dry like it was cook yesterday and put in the fridge and reheated. And my bun was old dry and stiff on the ends , had to remove the bread to try and eat it but still couldn’t. So was pretty much a waste of $8.00, lets just say I’ll stick to going somewhere else for a burger or just don’t have one next time before I go back.

They all was have good Wendy’s Service to all the customers that every come every day to eat lunch, dinner or breakfast they got good service for every little thing and the place is nice and neat and clean throughout the whole entire day

Worst customer service, such a rude guy. Wanted to charge me extra for a sauce that I’ve never heard of extra for ranch but then gave me wrong food and didn’t even apologize acted like it was my fault. Not to mention I had to wait in the long line again just to tell them my order was wrong.

Please do not go to this Wendy’s literally go to any other Wendy’s. The food quality is always tasting old and stale I really don’t understand how each time I go it keeps getting worse- when I asked for an extra sauce the manager told me I received enough already and the one thing you can’t mess up- the chicken nuggets were soggy and stale I’m really disappointed in this location cause it’s the closest to me but now I have to drive out to another location to get a decent meal. I’m not picky at all but the food at this location seriously needs to be reviewed and inspected.
