Please do not go to this Wendy’s literally go to any other Wendy’s. The food quality is always tasting old and stale I really don’t understand how each time I go it keeps getting worse- when I asked for an extra sauce the manager told me I received enough already and the one thing you can’t mess up- the chicken nuggets were soggy and stale I’m really disappointed in this location cause it’s the closest to me but now I have to drive out to another location to get a decent meal. I’m not picky at all but the food at this location seriously needs to be reviewed and inspected.

Service is great, speed is lacking. I dont blame the staff, I blame the digital ordering structure and lack of dedicated positioning on certain areas. This a corporate issue although. But food is always wat its supposed to be even if u have to wait a bit more.

The staff and management are AWFUL to say the least. I've been coming here for years on and off because I like Wendy's. But every time come to THIS LOCATION there is always something wrong. My order is always wrong or missing an item. And when I ask for an extra sauce and willing to pay kindly, They are extremely rude about it. And then don't even put it in the bag at the next window, and when i ask they say I have to pay extra and I tell them...I DID! EVERYTIME. The staff and management have zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.

I stop here to grab a sandwich or wrap for lunch before I start my Armed Security shift in the area, using the drive-thru or going inside to order. Everything was decent, and my order didn't have anything wrong with it every time I got it. My only suggestion would be that the staff needs to work on improving on how to handle orders from both drive-thru and inside the location so that customers can get in and get out without waiting too long for their orders.

Wendy’s might not be a big shot as far as restaurants goes but this location certain delivering each time the exact quality of food and service. Idk how they can mange it but they do. Even tho it is fast food, between all wrong choices Wendy’s come out as #1. This particular location anyways. 15 years ago we got served in Florida some milk in a kid menu that was bad and after that sip of bad milk, we didn’t go near Wendy’s for over a decade. Till 1 desperate day we had no choice and we did got to this location . Since then we returning customers, anytime we need something quick to eat on the fly, this is 1 of our option for sure. Thank you to delivering the same quality of food with the same quality of service every time! We do noticed it !

I don’t know why is always the same thing here. I eat almost everyday at Wendy’s, night time crew is good they always smiling but morning crew I don’t know what is going on. This lady I think her name is Rosa I don’t know she is Spanish, let me tell you she is the most rude person that I ever met in Wendy’s, like why she needs to be like that? She is working nothing is free. She is always talking shit she knows me that’s why she always do the same rude attitude, I don’t know why. You guys need to talk to her or something because she is so rude, I always recorded but next time I will do in live that way everyone can see how she treats me.
