This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Popeyes.

If you don't mind eating surrounded by flies, this might be the place for you. The dining area had flies everywhere, which made it very unpleasant.

The soda machines were also a mess. One was out of service, the other was almost empty, and they were out of Coca-Cola, Sprite, and several lemonade options.

I ordered my meal for dine-in, but everything was packed to go. They forgot to give us cups for our drinks, and several sauce containers that were included in our order.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Every time I went back to ask for something they had forgotten, they looked annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing them. I wasn't asking for anything extra, I was simply trying to get the items that should have been included with my order.

Thankfully, we decided to eat at the restaurant. If we had taken our food home, we wouldn't have discovered everything that was missing until it was too late.

Poor cleanliness, poor organization, and poor customer service. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this location needs significant improvement.

Today we came to eat in the Popeyes in Stony Creek, the chicken was good but the drinks I don’t know what happens but was gross. We want to get some coke they don’t have available. I decided for the ginger ale and the taste was like a Alka-Seltzer is not taste in the drink. Also the cashier was mean with us.

Bridgette was absolutely amazing, service was beyond phenomenal and great food

As always, the food is absolutely amazing. The reason for 3 stars is the price. 2-three piece meals, 2-five piece meals and 1 chicken wrap = $70. The value is not there anymore. Popeye's was our favorite chicken spot, the price now has stopped us from coming back.

Popeye's from my area makes me sick; every last one of them. We stopped at this Popeye's last year on the way to Myrtle Beach and now it's a ritual. We look forward to stopping whenever we drive down south and return home.
Update May 2026, still the best Popeyes ever! They did not disappoint!

Can I give it a 0, please?? If I didn't live 40 minutes away I'd take it back and ask those incompetent, overpaid employees to eat this mess. Cole slaw was OLDer then me I do belive, and the chicken had to be a close second. Thats what little chicken there was in my 8 pc that consisted of shriveled up old wings and drumsticks. That was it. No thighs or breasts. Almost $44 for TRASH! Next time I'll go to bojangles...
