Stopped here while traveling. The store is set up for drive through but it was closed. Odd that when I walked inside there were 5 employee's working 2 with headsets on. I asked was the drive through open and they both immediately said NO. Yet, there where guests waiting on their orders and the 2 ladies with headsets are talking to each other.
The food is overpriced more than in a Starbucks in Miami or DC. Furthermore, I knew I was in the wrong Starbucks when I saw the older guy in front of me request a refill with a cup that looked like it been used for 5 daysđ¶đ

Today I stopped here to get me a cup of coffee first of all the coffee was overpriced $4.05 for medium pike. They had no milk they had no sugar thatâs what the girl said to me and also the coffee does not taste like a Starbucks. If I wouldâve got me a coffee at the truckstop which is in the same building, I wouldâve paid half of the price also it would taste the same. Definitely the had sugar & milk. I just donât get it. Starbucks is getting way overpriced and theyâre giving out crap.

Customer beware, this Starbucks is within a travel plaza - prices are jacked up due to the monopoly they have in this location, being in a rest stop in an otherwise isolated region - similar to how airport coffee shops have inflated prices.

I came in at 6 pm 12/27 there were two girls working behind the counter cleaning or something, I only saw two food tickets, yet I waited several minutes at the register and wasnât so much as acknowledged. There were two gentlemen on break I assume so I had zero expectations of service from them as their break is their time, but one even greeted me when he saw me waiting which I greatly appreciated, but even after that the two in the clock didnât assist me or even welcome me. Iâm a partner at another location and donât understand what was happening that caused the lack of service. Iâd have been fine with a âweâll be with you in a momentâ but I didnât get that. I just wanted a doppio con pana but ended up leaving empty handed :(

Super clean and the Pumpkin spice latte was excellent. Customer Service lots of talking and slow as molasses serving us and other customers which I noticed even serving a simple coffee.
This place always makes a good espresso with friendly service. We make it a stop on all our long road trips. Drive thru 24hours!
