First time eating here and I did so with our niece. First off, the young men working there were very friendly and helpful. While not ready to say the food was great I will say having the kind of service we saw today can go a long ways. I had the boneless hot wings, 6 Ram Bites and my niece had a salad and some sort of pasta lunch. Mine was good and I'd order again. Not a meal I'd say was great and the best but it was good. We've eaten here twice and love it! The staff are amazing, super friendly and super efficient. The food is excellent especially the ram bites and the cheese fries (my personal favorite). 10/10 recommend!
Missing the Mark…
Ordered two large Calzones and while the mozzarella was certainly present the couple of small pieces of ham and maybe a tablespoon of ricotta on each was just unacceptable.
I know you frequently have to work fast but where is the pride in preparation in pursuit of customer satisfaction?
