They were understaffed, and service was not what fast food should be. The food was good. I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes to order. When I left the restaurant, there were 10 people in line. I did see 2 people get out of line and leave.
Haven't been to an Arby's in years. They don't have them around where I live but did the drive-thru at this location during a trip. Roast beef sandwich really hit the spot and brought back memories. Their curly fries are amazing. Drive through was relatively quick and food was super fresh.

Definitely wasn’t pleased with what I observed. I saw a young lady eating behind the counter and as I placed my order, I observed her using her hands to put what I think to be mozzarella sticks in the basket and she made eye contact with me and I shook my head. She walked up to me and I told her that was not sanitary and her response was it goes into the hot grease and that kills the bacteria.
