I experienced an extremely unpleasant encounter with a manager who yelled at me when I couldn't hear through the speaker. The situation escalated with rude remarks, and eventually, we were told we were no longer welcome. I suspect it may have been related to the diversity of races in our car.

This was not a great burger king. Staff seemed to care less about the job, not friendly, tables were dirty, service was slow, and the food was not good like other burger kings i have been too. Fries were bad tasting and soogy.

Where are the Old Burger King concept of serving quality, fresh and hot foods along with clean restrooms and clean seating area? Back in the day the Burger King's served great meals but now I'm just lost for words for my last experience. The CEO of Corporate Burger King needs to be fired and replaced with someone who is in love with having great ratings as Chick-fil-A enjoys. It's appalling and unacceptable to view such horrible reviews.

One of the worst, deyest burgers I have ever had. Fries had no salt and were rock hard. Worker smoking a cig in the drive thru line outside. You could not pay me to come back here to eat. Is 0 stars an option?
Sign states drive thru open till midnight but can't get anyone to answer drive thru at 10pm. This has happened more than once. Have been told "we're closed also at 10pm. I learned to stay away.

New honey mustard sandwich, watery honey mustard and lots of grisel. Usually Bk is bangin but just turned off to the chicken quality

The time is now 5:20. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:04 and ordered a chocolate milkshake. Keep in mind I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted for my order. I've been sit at the window for another several minutes only to be told to pull forward in order to wait for one chocolate milkshake into nothing else. They were not busy at all. When I finally got this milkshake, it was not chocolate but vanilla with chocolate syrup at the bottom. I asked about this and they told me it just doesn't mix correctly. They never once apologized for the wait or offered to make the milkshake the right way. I had debated on getting actual hot food and I am glad that I did not make that choice because God only knows what the quality of food I would have gotten might have been or how long it would have taken. They were not understaffed as I saw two employees talking and hanging out while another employee counted ketchup packets. All while myself and other customers waited for their orders

The Whopper w/ cheese was wonderful! We hadn't eaten in 24 hours.(It still would have been wonderful even if we'd had lunch.)

Only one person working the register and the window and one person cooking.. 2 people working total.. last time it took 20 mins to get food.. today the staff is talking about quitting because not enough help..
