Great location, clean and bright inside. Customer Service was top notch! Employee Josh went out of his way to help an elderly lady with a big order, and then provided the same high level of friendly customer service to me! I'm definitely stopping by here on the regular!

It's hard to really give a fair review. After the old BK burned it was a long time before we came back. So far in four trips one had a really long wait for food (nearly an hour). One trip they met us at the door and said they were closed for remodeling (this was Oct 19). Once after eating the rest of our lunch we were told the milkshake machine was broken so the shakes we were waiting for would not be coming. The last time everything went okay.

Location has beautiful views of the
Shenandoah Mountains, staff is friendly and the interior was super clean. The food wasn't that good however. The nuggets and fries were both over cooked. The soda machine did not have sprite options available at the time I visited. Lovely spot to have lunch but they need to do better on food offerings. Girls at counter gossiping was a treat, ?.
