So, I rarely eat here. And, only when I am already in the area. Definitely when Im not in a hurry because they are slow inside.
But every time is not a good experience. I typically use the kiosk to order. I never get a receipt from the kiosk, and the order is never delivered to the table. Its always put on the counter, no number called and I have no proof it is my order.
Recently they now have a password on the Wifi and its not posted anywhere. Pretty sure thats against...read full review

Since change in ownership in Strasburg, VA, this place is run with no care to Service to Customers. All of the locals are tired of the incorrect orders being the majority of the time and MOST disappointed in the Staff and Management.
