Do you wonder why the drive thru is slow? It’s because they are trying to scam their drive thru timers. The restaurant gets incentives for short window times so they make you sit and wait at the menu board. This results in like ten minute per car wait at the menu order board. Get it together. This is supposed to be fast food. Worry about serving the customer instead of scamming your drive thru timers!

Only been a few times but very slow service, and order hasn’t ever been right. Very sloppy food and cheese quesadillas barely have any cheese at all. You only taste sauce and tortilla.

I love Taco Bell, and was excited when they built one in my town, but I'm really not happy with the why they use the app. 1st problem is they want to charge u for any substitutes. I don't like refried beans, so I usually get rice instead, but they charge me for it, but they don't take off anything for the beans...2nd problem is they r the only Taco Bell I've been to that makes your food as soon as u order it on the app. So in order to get hot food I have to order it from the parking lot.

I stopped by on 3/15/23 at 8:45. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the restaurant was. I was greeted by a very friendly cashier. She took my complicated order. Kudos to the kitchen crew for getting everything right. I really appreciate it.

Pulled into the drive thru with only one other car in the parking lot. After we placed our order at the window we were told to wait at the speaker while they prepared our food. In other words, "don't pull up to the window so we can falsify our drive thru times to make our store look better than it actually is." When I mentioned to the staff member that they were lying about their drive thru times I was given the reply, "yeah, well, it's what we have to do." Management is doing a great job teaching their employees that it is perfectly acceptable to lie to get ahead in life.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for a pack of tacos. We were asked to move up with no one behind us so they could falsify the timer for how long it was taking. I didn't move up because there was no one behind me. When snarky person came to give me my order she said "next time you are asked to move up you need to move up. you ordered a big order and it looks like it took to long" Well, because it did, and it wasn't because they were cooking anything, all the soft shells for the tacos, every single one, was ice cold.

Pulled up and my order was immediately taken. Brandi was friendly & patient. I went to the pickup window and my drink was ready and the food was right behind it. All the night shift employees were friendly and fast. My crunch wrap supreme was delicious! For a new store, they are rocking it!

Got a chalupa it was hard as a rock!!!! I got nacho fries and it was cold like it has been in the refrigerator. Brandy manager on duty obviously isn't doing much or telling her employees to drop frys. I don't understand why they get paid 11 or $12 to do nothing it was literally 11:30 it was dead!!! Not recommend going there. Brand new store what a shame. Live right behind the store smh got take out so I don't wanna hear maybe it got cold coming home I can see taco bell from my window ??
