Generally good, but their ordering system breaks down severely when they get very busy. I had previously been told by a friend to never order take-out here by phone, but unfortunately did not listen. My bad. I am now in total agreement with my friend, especially when pressed for time. I called in an order to Elizabeth's and was told on the phone that it would be about 20 minutes - which worked with my timing. When I arrived to pick-up the order that I had called in, their parking lot was full. They only have one line for both picking up phoned-in orders and to order in person. That line was backed up all the way to the door. So my friend was right! I then tried to cancel my order at the pick-up window, but I was not permitted to cancel my order. My ONLY option, other than stiffing them, was to get back in the back of the long line and be late. I don't recommend calling in take-out orders on the phone ahead of time here.

Arrived at 645pm on a Thursday. Advertised hours are until 830. Waited 15 minutes to place an order.. no employees to be seen-. When they came up, We were denied service (with a rude attitude) “because they decided to close early”. - our order would’ve been close to $80. But I guess we’ll give it to Tony’s or someone who wants our money.. ):

This is just ment to be helpful and I'm venting a little because I can't stand rudeness. The food is great if you're dining in but the line in Patrick Springs is always chaos. Tonight a man and his wife walked in and cut line walking to the window. I'd been in line over 20 mins and the young person behind me had probably about the same amount of time. I feel terrible for not speaking up for the kid behind me but you'd think a reasonable person would have went back to the end of the line but he didn't. When the restaurant employee started to take the man's order I spoke up and asked for my order because I was next in line. The guy that had cut line started to order again I spoke up again and asked for my order. I'm sure the employee had no idea this guy had cut line and I could tell he thought I was the rudest person he'd ever met. Something similar has happened the last 3 times I've been there when it's busy. Most people are great and I know some people just don't understand the process. Like when they pay and just stand there waiting. Can't someone that works there just ask them to step aside and we'll call your number when it's ready or better yet can't they have two lines one for carry out and the other for dining in.

Absolutely amazing! Im very picky about my cheese steaks as I worked for real Italians for 6 years in the food industry and this place never disappoints! Would Absolutely go weekly if I lived closer! But for now ill settle on once a month lol The cheese steak is amazing, lasagna is delicious, Italian sub is fresh and the spaghetti and pizza are a 10 out of 10. If you haven't tried and live close by its Absolutely worth it!

The food had to be from day before.. the cheese on pizza wasn't even melted. It was disgusting. They were sitting on table in kichen..making food while someone's soda cans were on counter. Don't know why he's still in business. Nasty place!!
