Pickle & Ash: The spot for a guaranteed good time. I took the wife for a much-needed date night, and the vibes were unmatched. From the great food to the clean bathrooms, the whole experience was a solid 4.5 A special shoutout to our waiter, who was super attentive and kind. The only real complaint was the speaker right behind my head, but we'll definitely be back for another round. If you're in the area and looking for a new spot, check out Pickle & Ash.

Everything was absolutely amazing .
I came across this place while Traveling and so happy we did.
The people were so friendly and the food was great. Everything was so fresh, not something we are used to being from Florida and all.
1000% recommend!

The vegetables were a highlight of the meal. The pesto, in particular, was well-made and paired nicely with the zucchini and squash. The roasted potatoes were cooked to a satisfactory standard. Unfortunately, the chicken with peach glaze did not meet expectations, as it was overcooked and dry, despite its good flavor. My husband's ribeye steak was decent, although he was not fond of the alternative sauce provided, preferring A1 instead. On a positive note, the creamy chicken soup with mushrooms was enjoyable. The service provided by Jessica, our waitress, was also commendable.

Cute sandwich shop. I went with a large group of friends so they got very busy, very fast. It used to be sit and order from a waiter but lunch is now changed to order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Service was quite fast, surprisingly. Staff was super nice and attentive to people that needed drink refills. Food was tasty. I had the roast beef dip. It was good but very messy. Seemed like people liked their food. The mint iced tea was well liked. We did order a few desserts to share. The vinegar pie was the favorite. They have a little shop also with in-house frozen food items and other pantry items. They are open for dinner and someone said it's wise to make a reservation.

My wife had the trout and loved it! I had the blue berry chicken, and while it had a great taste, it was tough and dry. All sides and the salad bar were good and fresh.

Whenever we visit Martinsville, we make sure we spend one evening with the wonderful folks at Pickle and Ash. Great food. You can absolutely trust this kitchen that anything on their menu will be delicious. We live in Charleston, SC and appreciate the first class food scene we have down here. I can honestly say that Pickle and Ash compares favorably to the best restaurants here in the city. You have a real treasure up there. Enjoy!

What an incredible experience! Out on a date on our first full weekend in our new town of Stuart! The vibe is southern and charming. They let us take our cheeseboard outside and sit in leather chairs on the patio - which has lavender surrounding the entire back. They then called us in for the main course. I had the Ribeye which was tremendous and my wife had the Caesar which she said was great. Both drinks from the bar were well done!
Can’t wait to go back. We plan on taking my parents there for brunch next week!
