The food use to be really,really good but I got pepper steak tonight and it wasn't good at all they use to give a lot more then I got tonight I bet there wasn't 4pices of little size stakes rest peper and onions. And it was also cold.

We had two combination plates the worst we have ever had and I'm 65. chicken was hard and nasty very small. And no pork fried rice like all other Chinese food. The egg role not bad but $29.38 for two and was not worth $2.00 each go to little Caesars and have a better experience save cash and don't eat that crap. They didn't even offer to help us in any way after complaining to them. Go anywhere but there

The food here is outstanding!!!! Of all the Chinese places “local” to our home in Lawsonville (Pilot Mtn., King, Madison, Mt. Airy) Shun Xing is the very best! The meat is always fresh & tender. The veggies are super fresh and delicious.

[It’s not really setup as an eat-in restaurant - just some simple tables & chairs - hence the 4 star rating for Atmosphere. But, we don’t mind one bit, because we always get Carry-out anyway.]

The only bad reviews are due to “high prices”. I don’t know where everyone usually gets their takeout but they have normal prices and the food is actually good. Im glad we gave it a try.

Food was good but overpriced and they failed to pack napkins and plastic ware, plus shorted us at least one rice. Definitely sticking with Martinsville and Bassett locations from now on.

This place has been in town for awhile and it really can be a great place if you are wanting Chinese food and don't want to drive to far. The people are extremely nice! Yes, just like everything else, the prices have gone up to no fault of their own. The food is really good! LoL one thing I love is that if you order enough food you will get free golden donuts! They may not now, but it definitely happened to me quite a few times when I call in a order. I would recommend and I hope that in the future they will open the dinning area again but as for now it's just a take out/ call in place.
