When I first moved to Suffolk, I loved this place. Fresh, hot food at reasonable prices. However, as we began to frequent the restaurant more, I’ve learned that the quality of food is inconsistent. If you don’t go at peak hours you’ll probably get reheated food. This is most evident with the fries. Fries are cheap and don’t take long to cook, do better.
We are from out of town and didn't know where to go so we picked something new. We ordered the gyros. They were ok, but we've had better. The staff was nice. The bathrooms could use a cleaning!
Tried this place out for the first time. Called in and meal ready within the 15 minutes quoted. Lamb over rice to go. Very good. (Would ask for more tzatziki sauce next time). Looking forward to trying something else next time.
Edit - got it again tonight but swapped lettuce for steamed veggies and extra tzatziki. Very good!!
Edit 7/5/25 - tried the wings tonight and fried okra. Wings are big and meaty but tonight they were overcooked...
