Bojangles on Bridge Road, Suffolk, has always been good, but WOW! Under new management, the restaurant was immaculately clean, the cashier friendly and efficient; they made the Cajun Filet Biscuits I ordered for next day breakfast fresh/right out of the oven. The manager, Jamie, gave me 2 chocolate chip cookies for having to wait all of five minutes, and best of all, coupons for my next visit. Can't recommend this Bojangles enough. They are lucky I wasn't there as a Secret Shopper this time. First I ordered a #12 which is a leg & thigh But they gave me a #14 which is a wing and breast. Then instead of just giving me a couple drumsticks or leg/thigh combo they took my whole meal back and then had to wait on a damn biscuit. THEN luckily I was sitting in the parking lot for a few minutes before I took off cuz when I went to take a few bites of my sides before I started driving again there was NO Utensils....

Good food! Good location, clean, clean restrooms, good parking, the drive thru is OK too... but I live 15 minutes away and get my order too much, so I have to drive 15 back, get the correction then return home..= 1 hour of my time, gas, and cold food... it's already a little more expensive than most fast foods... the last time I visited they had two steak biscuits for $5... I asked for egg and cheese as a side order, and a small hash round.... it came to be $20, it didn't...
