You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A usually, but my last two orders were wrong and that is the first time EVER in my history of eating at one of their establishments! So something had to be off or wrong... But it's still the Lord's chicken, and they just opened up a couple months ago, so I'm going to let it slide lol... Service is usually really fast, so that is a plus :)
Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick Fil A. However, every time I get something from this location, there’s always something missing or wrong with my order. I asked for extra ranch with my order and instead, I got no ranch. I’ve never had this issue with the Main Street location, it’s just very frustrating and a major inconvenience if you’re on a time crunch. If I can get more consistent experiences where stuff isn’t missing from my order, I’ll update my review accordingly.
Speed of service through the drive-through can be very lengthy/slow at times. Customer service is usually friendly, however, it needs improvement. Still better than McDonald’s by far.
This location doesn’t live up to the upper echelon of Chick-fil-A service.
