The Tray meal was sparce, ordered cheese bites, onion rings and a cheeseburger. The onion rings had four(4) and the cheese bites had six(6) that's it. Cheeseburger was done well.

I got a jr tray, with a hot dog and two orders of fries. I got a milkshake which I guess was “fancy” and resulted in a $4 up charge .. however there is all of this stuff on my receipt I did not receive … including a sweet tea and a water … $14 was definitely too much money for what I got and don’t appreciate being charged for items I did not receive. I got in line to ask about it , but tbh the lady wasn’t friendly originally and I’m sure she was just punching stuff...

You get what you pay for, so that's what to expect at a place as cheap as Cook Out. Honestly, I went a half-dozen times and never actually had an order get made right.

Half the staff is friendly. The other half acts like you are inconveniencing them...
