I’m a big fan of Einsteins Bagels, but at the Suffolk restaurant, and I’ve gone several times, the manager has been great, when received service from him, it was amazing food, but twice I’ve gone, and was served the wrong food, I didn’t see the manager, and the bagels were not good. This is a great spot for a quick bite. The manager treats the staff with encouragement and respect, which really stands out. I’d happily return anytime because of the kindness shown. When a manager takes good care of their team, you can trust they’ll take good care of their customers too.
