I have been here a few times recently trying to it out. The food is amazing and love it, but the speed of service is the problem. Whenever I order a hot sub, it takes upwards of 20-30 minutes each time to get my food, 3 times total as of this review.

One time there was no one else in front of me and was the fastest, the other time had 1-2 hot subs in front of me. I am not sure if this is standard or unique to this location, but if it is, something has to change....

I CAME HERE YESTERDAY (COLLEGE DRIVE) LOCATION BECAUSE MY SON WANTED A SUB FINE WITH ME I DONT HAVE TO COOK DINNER (LOL) EZEKIEL GREETED ME AS ME AND MY SON WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR MADE OUR SUBS WITH PERFECTION WE WILL BE EATING HERE FOR DINNER TODAY..?

Everything about this experience was what eating a sandwich should be. The staff was the best part. The server name on my receipt was Semion and she was so friendly and helpful. Just went to grab a sandwich. Had an experience that took me back twenty years in time.
