Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant known for its good food and courteous staff. While some customers have had issues with their orders, such as receiving the wrong food, the restaurant strives for accuracy, requiring customers to present their names for mobile orders. Some visitors have noted improvements in service, particularly on busy nights, where experienced staff have managed inventory well. The dining room can be a bit dirty, with trash cans not always emptied promptly. However, the portions are generous, and the food is generally fresh. Despite some recent mixed reviews about the food quality, Chipotle remains a popular choice for a meal, focusing on quality and customer service, although some customers feel the prices are high compared to local options.
