Literally the worst location in all of Hampton Roads. Constantly open but not up and running for business. They have children under the age of 10 running around the kitchen. Management forces the decent employees to do all the work and customer service interactions. Refuse to handle refunds for mobile orders even though the app says to go the store where the order was placed. Unprofessional calling customers “baby” and “honey” in a condescending manner. Ordered at kiosk, selected dining in and entered table placard number as instructed at the kiosk, states food will be brought out to us. 15 minutes and nothing so I go to the front to inquire and the lady behind the counter stated she called my order a couple times, as if it was my fault.
