Went through drive thru at 503PM received my food at 520PM. Car in front of me was at window 2 waiting on their order. Vehicle should have been parked to allow other drive through customers to receive their. We ordered a value meal, medium and a larger fry. If you are in Suffolk, the McDonald’s on Holland is one of the better locations in the area. The service is usually decent, and the staff tends to keep things moving even during busy hours. Orders are generally accurate, and the restaurant is typically clean compared to other nearby locations.

It is not perfect every time, but overall it is reliable when you need something quick and consistent.

Passing through on a 400 mile drive to stretch my legs. Food was hot and fresh, nuggets, double cheeseburger, fries and a coke. The lobby area was empty but had thrash on the floor. I didn't understand this, as this was after 2 pm and very few customers who were ordering. There was only one customer besides myself. They need to focus on things the customers see while they order and eat. My eyes are always drawn to cleanliness.
