The food was pretty good and the service was great. Kaylee was our server and she was very kind and courteous. She made sure that we had everything we needed. I do feel that the dining area could have been a little cleaner especially since there were not a lot of people dining at the time.
My husband and I have been frequenting Metro diner in recent months, At least on a weekly basis for breakfast, we really enjoy the food. Tonight we decided to dine for dinner, our server was horrible ! She had such a terrible attitude and had zero customer service skills, not sure if she was having an off night or if that’s how she is all the time.
Wonderful Service. Food delicious, hot and the Service was excellent. It was Sunday we had a 20 minute wait, however it was well worth the wait. I had the chicken and waffles.
Cons: Floor was very slippery. I and another guest almost fell and I had a cane 🙃 It seemed as though it was mopped with a greasy mop. The entire floor was slippery. I left through the back door because I was frightened about falling.
