Great food, the patio is nice for kids because they can watch the planes and skydivers and there is some space to walk around. Service tends to be a little slow but if you're not in a rush then it's a great place for a meal. Highly recommend.
We’ve stopped here multiple times between Massachusetts and CHARLESTON SC. It might not be the exact midway but it’s wonderful enough to make an exception to stopping earlier or later in the journey.
Great place to stop between flights for fuel and outrageously delicious BBQ. Highly recommend. If they could extend breakfast to Noon, I would be in heaven!

We were on our way back to NC after spending a couple of days in the Norfolk area and just happened to stop by for the first time. We have a knack for finding great restaurants located at general aviation airports and this one is a little gem. Great food, wonderful staff, and a nice mix of single engine piston planes, a helicopter, and a corporate jet all in one hour. Highly recommended.
