I don’t know how you can give this place anything but 5 stars! It was my first time and the staff gave me a little bit of everything and talked me through all the options and offered recommendations. The food was so comforting and delicious. I will be back to try the breakfast!

Chicken adobo was good, but the lumpia was super small but flavorful. But that sauce for lumpia was terrible..

Food was ok, the shrimp pancit came with the tiny salad shrimp which put me off. I make better pancit at home and I have only made it once in my life. The lumpia was about 1/2 the size of what I consider the standard size. Mac and cheese lumpia was normal size. I ordered it because it lookes interesting, turn out to be really good.

OMG! I haven't had pancit in years. Someone recommended this place and I tried it out and it was delicious!! I highly recommend. I had chicken pancit but will be back to try the variety of items. Friendly staff. They do have tables to eat inside if you'd like.
Excellent food, top quality service and overall great place to visit. If you are having an off day, just go there and your day will be much brighter.

I haven’t been inside, since I seem to make it here around the time they’re closed. I drove from Chesterfield, VA an hour and 47 minutes away and find this sign on the door “closed.” ? ?. Perhaps, my third try they will be open.

People are nice and the food is decent. The lumpia was good, but all tasted the same to me. I tried all three kinds. Big selection of food.

Totoy's Filipino Restaurant is a hidden gem in Suffolk, VA. It's a small, family-owned restaurant that serves up some of the best Filipino food I've ever had.The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. I tried the adobo chicken and the pancit bihon, and both were delicious. The adobo chicken was perfectly cooked and the pancit bihon was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The place itself is small, but you can eat there. I normally visit during the lunch rush so I almost always do take out. I would highly recommend Totoy's Filipino Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Filipino meal. It's a great place to try new dishes and experience the flavors of the Philippines.
