If I could put no stars I would!!We were seated promptly but that was all. No one acknowledged us and we were there for at least 20 minutes. Now we are at Los Portales across the street. Seated as soon as we walked in and given chips and dip. 3 minutes later she’s ready to take our order! Service with a smile!!

We had Kimberly as a server and she was AMAZINGGGG. Great personality I’ve never in my life had a server ask for my name and actually hold a conversation with me or my family. She genuinely seemed like she liked talking to us I loved her.

Food was good but was supposed to come with breadsticks. When asked about them we were told they were still in the fryer & would be right out. We never received them. Meanwhile our waiter was behind the bar mixing other people's drinks. When we finished eating had to ask another waiter to flag our waiter down so we could pay. When he came with the bill, we asked about the breadsticks. He kinda laughed & said sorry he got tied up on the phone. So what did that have to do with our breadsticks? Won't be back.

My wife and I went to Applebee's for dinner. Seating was quick, followed by taking our drink order. Ordered "all you can eat shrimp" and the wife had a hamburger. As we started to eat, I had to go ask for napkins. After eating my shrimp, had to wait 5 minutes to order more..when they came I had 6 shrimp and a large amount of French fries. Service was terrible and I am disappointed in the "all you can eat" shrimp!!

We ate there for lunch on Sunday 10/29/23. There were four of us. We should have left when it took 5+ minutes for anyone to come to the hostess stand to seat us, then an additional 7-8 min for someone to come get our drink order once we were seated. There were maybe four other tables at the time, so it wasn't like they were busy. My salad came out promptly, then we waited forever for our food. Our appetizer was served after our meals, only once we reminded our server. They didn't have my sons chosen side for his kids meal and his replacement fries took double the time to come out than they should have. My steak and mashed potatoes were cold when brought to the table and my husband's sizzling dish was barely sizzling. They took my plate back to be remade and it took at least 20 min to recook a rare steak. So it wasn't a surprise when it came out closer to well done. I was done at this point and asked for the check. Manager said she would see what she could do, check came out with one steak meal comped, and another one added for the steak they remade for me. We also had to ask for silverware, never received napkins, and no refills of drinks were offered. Poor service and poor training. We will never be back.

Food and service were great..until I looked at my bank statement. They put my card through twice. I had included the tip on card..didn't expect them to charge me the tip twice...11/6/2023. I've called and left my number several times. No call back. I won't be going to a place that steals from me. Wish I could give it zero stars
