I'm traveling through and I'm a creature of habit and I get the same order at every Dunkin I've ever been to. I would love for somebody to tell me why this Duncan is $4 more on the same order I have gotten anywhere else. Great service typical food but this is ridiculous price wise.

Im being generous with 2 stars. My husband and I stopped on the way through to MD for a coffee and sweet tea. I ordered a caramel macchiato and he ordered a sweet tea. My drink had no caramel and ruined the entire drink and his tea tasted old and was so sweet it was not drinkable. $12 down the drain.

Stopped in on our way to Urbanna. Very clean store and restrooms! Service was super friendly and they were pretty quick considering they were super busy! The food was great and my coffee was delicious!

The food was edible but the wraps were hard and the egg/cheese were overcooked. The munchkins were wet and didn’t have a glaze, but they tasted good. Just odd to have them wet without the glaze.

My experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was terrible. I was there for over 30 minutes and once my food was done. It was wrong!! They made someone else’s food who ordered way after I did. And when I walked in, there was no line and it still took that long!! I had to walk back in to get the right order and they were just super slow! Never going there again. Please do better and work faster.

Stopped by on 10/5 and waited five minutes for someone to take our order. Someone came by and promised us they would take our order soon. Another 5 minutes went by and they didn't take my order while they kept taking orders in the drive through. This will be our last time coming by

I was the only customer inside and stood at the counter for several minutes while 4 employees joked around about a drive thru customer requesting 9 sugars in his coffee. Then the employee wanted the others to come take a look at all of the sugar in the cup before she added the coffee! No one greeted me or acknowledged that I was standing there. The coffee was so watered down I couldn’t drink it and the glazed donut holes barely had any glaze. Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever had. Rude employees and awful donuts. And you should offer packets of sugar (regular sugar) for customers and tell your staff it’s none of their business how much sugar a customer requests. Poor customer service!
