Service was quite horrible. Not one but 2 cash register heroes both walked away after seeing the color of my skin and both made derogatory comments.I never even had a chance to say a single word.Guess I will never be going
This whole place is a train wreck but the little short mgr. woman with the glasses is especially rude and nasty. I don't know why we keep coming here. Service is consistently poor. Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean house, and maybe pay well enough to attract some decent employees.

Stood at the counter for five minutes while three employees walked back and forth ignoring us. I finally called out to get someone to take our order. Very cold temperature in the lobby where we sat and ate (felt like about 60 to 65 degrees). Cold fries. The chicken and fries were obviously cooked in old grease and tasted bad. Dirty tables. The whole thing. Never going back there.
