Los Portales has been a staple in the NNK for decades. I’ve brought people here from all over the country when they come to visit and it’s always their new favorite Mexican restaurant. Everything is made fresh, the servers are friendly and welcoming and the food is fast to the table and delicious!
They must of sold the restaurant. They had no music playing. You could hear the employees talking and yelling. It was annoying and uncomfortable. I asked the sever if they could play the music so we didn’t have to hear them yelling, but she stated she didn’t know if they could play the music, and they never played the music. So we had to hear the employees yelling the whole time. It was annoying. They used to put their customer first, I guess not anymore…. I’ll stay away…...read full review
