NO MUSHROOMS ON THE MUSHROOM BURGERS! My family and I decided to order take out and we wanted burgers, so we chose NN.
This is the 2nd time I have ordered one of there mushroom burgers and there were hardly and mushrooms on it.
The first time husband and I decided to eat out and I ordered their Mushroom and Swiss burger, besides the fact they can't seem to put a normal slice of cheese on the burger, there were like 5 small slices of mushroom. Most places put so many mushrooms on their burgers, they are falling out from underneath the bun.
I am also not sure what was up with the wait staff the day we ate at the restaurant, but no seemed to want to wait on us.
Not only that, these burgers are not cheap, the one I ordered last night was $18 (Top-Notch Truffle). The menu states aged swiss (again, tiny piece of cheese), Sauteed Mushrooms (I got about 5 again), Sweet and Savory Bacon Jam(?), and Truffle Aioli (the only reason I tasted this was because there was a little spice in it).
I just think, that if you are going to charge $15 dollars for your regular cheeseburger and they go up from there, there should be a decent amount of toppings on the burgers.

Voted best burger i think not they need to have another vote. The burger was small and burnt. no flavor. The bun was also and we were told.it went thru a warmer first. The only good item was the fries. I would read all the reviews carefully before choosing this place. The price was ridiculous for the quality of food you receive. Please don't listen to the owner response in most cases definitely same sorry response.

After waiting 45 minutes for my order, my burger was dry and my mac and cheese tasted watery. They weren't that busy. I realized that my order had been sitting on the counter and no one had bagged it. Not even the guy I had asked about my order. Definitely not going back.

Water, One dry frozen burger, and an upgrade to fries from chips was 21 bucks not worth it at all. The burger was black on one side and the rest was grey. Basically a hockey puck. Not a hint of pink. Would've complained but didnt want to wait another 35 minutes for one burger. When I was here a couple years ago the food was incredible. its just sad now. But hey at least my fries were salted

The food was good and the live music with football trivia made it fun.

I was so excited to come here because it used to be amazing. The food was still pretty good. But the service was horrendous. We could see our food being made and saw that it was made wrong. We watched the cooks pick off the wrong ingredients by hand and then put my burger patty back on the grill to cook off the sauce I didn’t want. He then put my extra well done burger back together. He called out to servers 6 times that the food was ready. There were 3 servers and 2 tables and still none of them looked up from their phones to get our food. After a few minutes one of the servers grabbed our now lukewarm food and brought it to us. Again the food wasn’t terrible. It would have been better not overcooked and sitting for 10 mins. We ate our food and then waited 20 mins for our check and a box. All the servers were on their phones or talking with the cooks. Once our server noticed the manager walking out from the back she ran right over to us and offered us a box and the check. I have been a server for over 10 years and I tip based upon service. We tipped $1 for our $54 bill. Which again I don’t usually do but this really called for it. On our way out our waitress mumbled “don’t come out to eat if you can’t afford to tip” loud enough for us to hear. Once they learn how to waitress properly I’m sure they’ll start getting tips. This place has really gone down hill. I do not plan on coming back ever.
Editing to add as soon as we left there my boyfriend’s card got thousands of dollars worth of charges on his card to lulu lemon and others clothing stores online! We had to dispute the charges for weeks and it took even longer to get his money back. I called and told the manager and she ensured us that none of her employees would do that. When I gave the name of our waitress her tone changed and she said if I could get an address from the credit card company where the items were delivered to let her know…seems like management is fully aware of their staff and does nothing to change it

Was in town on business and went with a couple friends and their kids and we had a blast. Pretty good food, super wide variety on menu, and the atmosphere was good and we played “Would You Rather” with the cards on the table.

Burger was good. Overall experience could have been better. There's an upcharge on everything. So a $15 cheeseburger ends up as $17 if you want fries. Adding lettuce, tomatoes or anything else costs more. Changing cheese is an upcharge, bacon adds $3. Softdrinks/tea are $5. Please consider offering just a glass instead of a full pitcher per person. Restaurant was okay, flies everywhere which were buzzing around our table. Lots of employees standing around or on their phone so we waited a long time to order and a long time for the check. We managed to get there at a time when menu items were 1/2 price. It was $50 for 3 people. 3 cheeseburgers, two orders of fries, and two drinks. Full price would have been close to $100 with tip. Too much for burgers in my opinion. Probably won't go back.

Came at lunch on a Saturday. Service was cold and inattentive, despite the dining room being almost empty with three servers present. My daughter’s meal and my side(tomato soup) came refrigerator cold. Our server took both, mac and cheese came back lukewarm and soup was still cold. Keylime milkshake was too sour to be drinkable. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

EDIT ... I completely failed to mention the outstanding service! We were greeted with a smile I had several questions about the menu that our server patiently answered and my brother at one point commented when did I get this drink refill I never saw her! We stopped by for lunch. What a treat I had the lobster roll and the mushroom Swiss burger, yep I was hungry. My brother had the sunrise burger. We also also had the baked fries and in-house made potato chips. I double check my watch love the fact that sodas are served in small pitchers. Also I've had some bad experiences lately so to get really good tasting soda at NN was very great.
