That is a lovely ice cream shop in Tappahannock, Virginia. Those are the world's best ice cream shops in Virginia than any other place. This was not bummer when I saw that place since 5 days ago on September 16th, and now this. What a beautiful shop.

Delicious! Friendly Staff! I don't eat much ice cream but I was drawn to this place. The food and ice cream was delicious in a quaint place!
