My husband and I stopped by for the first time and was very impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. I am a native of Southern California and am always looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. I was extremely impressed with the steak tacos that I had for lunch. Robles in Fredrickburg Va is an amazing restaurant . They have some of the best wait staff I have been around. Fast accurate service and a wonderful atmosphere. If you like Mexican food this is the place to go. And even if you don’t they have a lot of regular food items to please just about anybody. Highly recommend!
Their tacos do not come with lettuce and tomatoes. It's an extra cost if you want to add these items. Also forgot about the sour cream and salsa.
I can't eat dry tacos. I ended up getting their chicken taco salad which was pretty good. I used the salsa that they give for the chips.
