The only thing I would change in this review is if I could give it more than five stars... Fantastic service, the atmosphere was great, food was amazing.The owner is so very kind, are all the other employees, they want to make sure that you enjoy your meal and your time at this wonderful restaurant! We live about 50 minutes...we visit Tappahannock often! Can't wait to go back!

The food was excellent, the service was not good at all. Dropped off the food and never seen her again. My husband ordered a sandwich and was brought a dinner. He ate it because he was tired of waiting for someone to come back. No drink refills, we ordered tartar sauce and some ketchup. We got nothing else but a bill.

The hidden treasure was awesome. Family owned authentic seafood restaurant. I ordered the fried oyster entree w/ fries and cole slaw and hush puppies and crab dip. Loved it and will be back to explore other items on the menu.🥰🥰🥰

We stopped here on a recommendation from a local and we are very glad we did. When we came in it was just before dinner and the staff was very friendly and seated us quickly. We ordered our food and it came out pretty quick. While we were eating, the place started filling up, so we picked the perfect time to come in as they definitely were busy for dinner. Everything we ordered was great. I got a fried pork chop and my wife got a fried catfish platter. Excellent food and cooked just like we asked. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area. Worth the visit.
