The place inside was very nice and clean, when I had entered, it wasn't too busy in there. I had used the self-ordering machine; very easy to use. We didn't have to wait that long to receive our food, which is nice. The food itself, the burger was a little over-done, I had asked for lettuce and didn't get any though. It was a very nice McDonald's though.
Parking: The location of parking is right around the building.
Kid-friendliness: It is very kid-friendly, like most McDonald's should be.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs leading into the door I had entered through. And there is Handicapped parking.

If I can rate my experience today with 10 stars, i would. Simply because of the most friendly interaction with a McDonald's employee named Shawn. This location is lucky to have him and he definitely needs to get a raise AND promotion!!! People like him make the world a better place.

My sister and I went to this location last Saturday and I ordered a McRib within four hours. I started getting extremely sick to my stomach. This is Tuesday and I’m still sick! I’m going to report this as soon as I start feeling a little bit better! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

We were in line for 20 minutes!! It does not take that long to get meals made that you didn’t even really have to make. Next time pull people aside when their orders aren’t ready. I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s. We didn’t have even get to the front of the line to get our food.
Expect a small, basic drive-thru order to take at least 20 minutes (even with a short line). Also, expect workers to be confused.

Nice McDonald's.. clean fast! Convenient to get from Interstate 64.. easy on and off, less quarter mile, no traffic. Shell gas next door and Subway +gas across the street.

If you like burnt, overpriced food with jacked-up prices set by the franchisee, then this place is for you! Otherwise, consider driving an extra 10 minutes to McDonald's for fair pricing, or head to Subway across the street for a better deal. Oh and thia is like the 5th time my food was burnt inspand of a year. $1.98 for extra mayo almostas much as a small fry absolutely ridiculous the franchisee Jacked up the prices because of the area it's in but even so his establishment can't even produce food that meets McDonald's standards.

Came here and ordered a simple Big Mac meal and fry with a Dr Pepper. I got charged with an extra fry and my Dr Pepper had no syrup in it. I went back to get a refund on the fry and a new Dr Pepper. The manager was the most unprofessional disrespectful person I’ve ever come across. She DENIED me a new drink and just gave me a refund because she was too lazy to do her job and change the syrup. She gave the dirtiest looks and was profoundly disrespectful.
