As the daughter of a Marine, I wanted to see this hallowed place from the start. In 2019 I finally got to spend time there with my Uncle (also a Marine). I felt humbled sharing my first visit there with my son and Uncle. I know we will visit again once Covid -19 is done messing up our Nation and the world.
