I’m from Indiana, and while vacationing in the area, I came across this place. The chicken on a stick is immaculate. It’s nice and juicy unlike other places I’ve been to back home where it tends to be a bit dry.
I stopped in for some mongolian beef and some black pepper chicken and I was pleased. The store appeared clean and orderly and the staff were very nice. I have eaten here before today 4-25-25 and will again!
Some things are not as good as other Chinese locations such as Blue Ridge's China house and Hollin's China Star, for instance fried protein dishes and Rangoons. Fried chicken dishes can be good depending on quality at the time while shrimp can be small and over coated, beef dishes are consistent and shrimp dishes are very good. The Rangoons are triangle shaped and heavy compared to the pinched Rangoons you can find else where. They also do not give as much sweet red...
