Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a cracker barrel. Ever. We waited for almost an hour from the time we sat down to the time our food arrived. When it did finally come, it was incomplete and wrong. Had to ask multiple times for the rest of our order and never actually got everything correctly. By the time our order did come out, our steak bites were extremely undercooked and our bacon was extremely overcooked. We ended up just getting boxes to take everything to go since our toddlers had reached the end of their abilities to sit still. Probably won't even end up eating it. Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience we had here . My son and I tried to enjoy ourselves but it was sheer disappointment ! I don’t get to see him much and it should have been special and a good time ! We had to wait a pretty long time . Now I want to make it clear Oceanna our server was a sweetheart I loved her . But the kitchen was slow and horrible and there’s no communication ! My son originally ordered a chicken sandwich with the steak fries . He requested it with fresh tomato slice , pickles , mayo and lettuce / but when it came out , it only had lettuce on it and no steak fries . So they brought him some tomato and fries but the fries were burnt And over cooked ! And they told him they ran out of pickles and they said our server should have known because they claimed they’ve been telling everyone but our server didn’t know . My son didn’t want the chicken sandwich without pickles so he asked to order something else . I wanted to eat with him so I had my order remade . He ordered the 2 chicken breast meal , I forget what it’s called . It literally took 30 minutes , maybe longer to get our food ! When the food finally came , my sons broccoli was rotten ! The meal wasn’t great but I was starving so I Ate it . I didn’t want to have to wait for them again to fix me something else . The manager Jacob took off my sons meal but that’s it . Jacob wasn’t very apologetic , he honestly seemed disinterested and maybe a little indifferent .I am just appalled after how much I support Cracker Barrel !

The biscuits was small, cold and hard. My fries where full of grease, I asked for anouther plate, and again, so much grease. I pulled one up on the plate and saw the grease dripping off of it. We ordered a thing of pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls. Both come out burnt. The manager was informed but never came out to our table. The service was good, but everything was lacking and took to long for crappy food. Won't be back fir awhile.

A distinct lack of cracker barrels.

All the controversy surrounding cracker barrell made me miss their pancakes and syrup and im glad they walked back their mistake so I went and got some and it was delicious like I remembered. I do like my pancakes a bit browner but it was good.

Country fried shrimp was sour, mashed potatoes are now instant and taste like paste. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Obviously nothing was freshly made anymore. . Couldn't finish my meal it was so bad. Very disappointed.

I have NEVER had hot food or had my order delivered the way I ordered it at ANY CRACKER BARREL!! l only go when others in my group want to.

Got our take out 20 minutes late, ordered day before. 4 meals, not one biscuit or corn bread for all meals 4!

Our morning started with a 20 minute wait due to Cracker Barrel being busy. Looked around the store part to kill time. Breakfast was good and our waitress was really good. Especially with them being so busy. All employees that we encoutered were friendly and helpful.

I met a friend for breakfast, ordered, waited 15 minutes and the waitress comes to the table and asks ‘how would you like your catfish cooked’? I ordered Uncle Hershel breakfast…she brought me a menu and we got that issue settled.
We waited an additional 1 1/2 hours and NEVER received our food.
