Bri is probably the best waitress ever as far as engaging with customers. Exceptional for a high school kid.

Filthy bathrooms. Luke Warm food and coffee. Had to ask for napkins, ketchup and chicken strip sauce. Had to flag someone down to find our waitress for our check. No drink refills.

We had pretty much stopped coming to Cracker Barrels for a couple years because the food and service had gone downhill so much. But we risked it during a road trip (the 8 yo was hungry so it was somewhat of an emergency iykyk). This location was as good if not better than I remembered! This is the worst Cracker Barrell I have ever visited. The chicken dumplings were watery and tasteless and so were the steak fries. Even the steamed broccoli was in a puddle of water.

The service was extremely slow and I even had to ask for napkins and creamer for my coffee.

It wasn't even busy in the restaurant. Avoid this one.

We very often order carryout from this location. Food is good and ready for pickup at close to their posted time. Our issue lately has been with not getting everything we ordered. Wife ordered grits two orders ago & no grits in bag. Just yesterday wife ordered a breakfast meal with scrambled eggs and again there were no eggs in the bag. I realize they often get rushed, but maybe have the runner double check contents against order tag on the bag??? I know from now on I will be looking through the bag of food before I leave to ensure we are getting everything we ordered!!

We just placed another carryout order with the Troutville location and AGAIN one of our side dishes was not in the bag!! Store needs an assigned person to verify what was ordered is in the bag before removing it from kitchen area!! I'm sure this is the fourth or fifth time a side order item was not provided in the last 6-7 months!! Rest of order was correct and provided to me within the time frame they posted!!
